Manaal is getting better, Humza is put in great doubt by his sister that manaal is infatuated towards his friend, humaza meets his friend at the service station, then a helper tells they found ladies accessories in the car while they prepared to give it a wash, from under the passenger seat , both friends are intrigued, there is a wishing card, a note expressing attachment towards humza with a grateful feeling, signed underneath by manaal, feeling a flicker of hope and joy humza hugs his friend, both visit manaal in hospital, who is eating khichdi , there is no other spoon and she shares hers with humza who is hungry and given a serving of khichdi cooked at home by manaal"s sister, friend is troubled and at a loss at what manaal is doing, both men personally think she is in love only with him, looking up both find her glowing , smiling meaningfully at humza, this hurts the friend awefully
