By Rahat Wafaa, Whoever is successful is happy, and who is truly successful is a big question, a rising in status working woman considers herself better , finds her entire happiness depends on her identity independent of others, at home she is a failure , as a housewife she is incompatible, at a loss , her children and husband and family dont miss her as she is never there to look after their needs, taking charge of her office work she feels competent, at home she is not in control , controlling is not just giving commands or taking commands or being in position to give permission or being superior, the head is the one who coordinates all systems properly, handling problems, motivating others never pushing or imposing or bullying his coworkers at home or in office, treating family like colleagues , colleagues as family, taking charge of all responsibilities, and their smooth functioning , not taking credit, yet being supportive, caring
