Reaching Almaqadas

at  almaqadas  the  news  spread  of  hazrat  umar's  arrival, christian army  officers  marched  away  towards  egypt, only  the  priest  remained  behind,  who  sent   a  message  of  peace,  as  a  result  muslim generals  surrounded  the  hazrat  quite  tightly,abu  safyan, abidah  bin abi  jirah,  and  khalid  bin walid  were  the  firrst  ones , dressed  up  in ceremonial  uniforms impressing  all  but  the  hazrat  shouted  at  them
