Droc Re

on the  last  page  was  a  message  that  mentioned  he  had  been arrested  by  Droc  Re Peta, such  an  unusual  name  he  looked  for  its  meaning  in dictionaries, unable  to  find  the  strange  word, he  phones  the  central library  saying he  was  a  police  officer  on a  case  and  needed  to  know  the  meaning  of  the  word  to  solve  the  case, the  librarian said  there  was  no  such  word  in their  refrence  but  if  he  rearranged  the  letters  it  becomes  tape  recorder
