dilawer  adamently  sticks  to  his  statement  that  imran  was  the  murderer  because  he  was  heard  quarrelling  with ishtaq   , dilawer  was  on the  fourth  floor, where  imran lived  , ishtaq  was  als  on the  same  floor  next  to  imran"s  flat,  the  prosecutor  when asked  where  was  dilawer  he  had  answered  he  was  not  there,  , but  his  statement  changed  for  the  defence  lawer
