philip  tells  mr  dolton that  it  was  no longer  philip"s  house  , he  needed  permission to  enter  others  houses,  except  the   structure  and  graph of  the  house  , except  the  dimensions  of  the  rooms  everything  had  changed, the  furniture  , the  draeries, the  gold framed  pictures  on the  walls, the  richness of  decorations, the  chandeliars,  the ornamental carvings   all  were  missing, the  layers  of  dirt  covered  the  scantily  furnished  room, mr  dolton said  he  would  like  him to  meet his  family, but  it  was  not  a  friendly  social  visit, philip  straight  away  told  him he  had  seen a  notice  , he  was  selling the  house, philip had  the  first  right, he  emptied  the  bag  full of  money  on the  floor, , mr  dolton only had  to  pick it  all up  or  as  much  as  he  wanted  for  that  house  from which he and  his  sister  were thrown out  as  his  father   killed  himself
