mind  is  the  reflection of  the  inner  soul,  surface  changes  test  us  in life, education  is  a  skill  and  art  of  learning  and  teaching, but  culture  is  the  spirit  of  the  society, cultures  envelope  personalities, give  moral  strength  and  guide  the  person  by  showing  what  is  right  and  wrong that  education fails  to  do, education  can not  make  minds  bigger  unless  the  mind  is  already   ready  to   grasp, many  uneducated  also  have  big  minds and stored  lots  of  knowledge , self  learning  and  the  learning  of  the  self  is  growth of  man, education is  not  limited  entirely  to  syllabus, culture  is  what  keeps  the  minds  together, those  who pray  together  stay  together, others   compete  to  prove  themselves  better  , its  the  perspective  outlook  that  changes  man
