but  in haryana  , hissar  in the  village   kasar  gaon  a  family  of 43   members  live  together  under  on roof, twenty  of  them are  graduates, all women qualified,  just  three  in govermnet  service, small children  are  raised   as  the  latest  trend  is, they  enjoy  sharing  their  responsibilities   , specific   job for  each one, for  their  daily  milk  they  keep  cattle,  grow  their  own  vegetables  and  live  happily  ever  after, because  they  unite  as  a  family  to  live  peacefully
