-one should try to include vegetables and fruits in their meals for they contain nutrients and vitamins and less fats and a good supply of fiber , feta cottage cheese home made, curds and other milk made products are rich in calcium good for bones and maintenance of health, in panir and milk though fat content is less but proteins calcium and vitamin b complex remain high,
