...he was attached to  senior producer retired from government television,  he was retired long ago,  he was quite an aged man,  quicktempered and  bad tempered  specially towards his juniors,  he illtreated them like a  garage owner is to his mechanic  who are  usually  errand boys, but he was at his best behavior when  in company of  female artiste   who worked in his shows and dramas but even then if someone like him a boy or newcomer  appeared on the scene  the senior  would give him a good piece of his mind 

He really believed  women were his admirers and   that his  work impressed them,, those were  also talented actresses and  very successfully established a rapid raport  with him  to their own benefits,  these actresses  were  often overheard  discussing   the producer  in his absence,  if only someone told the producer  what were their opinion about him he would certainly have fallen  down dead with a stroke,  but  the new boy  by now had learnt more practical golden tricks in life  and refrained from  sharing  the gossip and stay out of meddling with the boss s life  to stay out of trouble
