....the house of Ali s father was in quite a good condition,  it was  given  on rent till one month ago,  all the  things were up to date  usable condition,  it wasn't as big as their house  but was very comfortable and warm,  ali and Karim got the house  furnished,  so all that they brought with them was  just their personal belongings,  baba s room was ready exactly like he was used to,  Karim in much less time  had  got a door specially built in father's room as wanted,  stepping into baba  s room  it felt like  they were home,  all others safya vaji sikander  and others were with them,  the guards at home were left behind believing the family had gone abroad,  fir the first time they slept peacefully at night in the new ho, Karim was kept exceptionally busy during this period,  he had to go through  some unpleasant experiences  on taxhi s matters,  though he had taken all the steps  correctly with their permission,  even today he woke up earlier than others and left  home to return  at seven evening,  she was in the lounge when he got back,  he looked rather tired 

Karim are you alright she asked gently but worried  in response to his greetings 

He smiled reassuringly  he was well  just  a bit overworked
