...sp Murad shah had joined the office again,  he was  completely  a changed man after zwar s death,  death is a finality  but it was the  manner  of his death  and  of others he had witnessed  that.... they left for their   divine abode,  this had had a huge  emotional impact on his mind,  at that moment he was present in the  I g office,  the department received some  classified secret information,  the  I g  called for an urgent meeting to discuss the matter with a very few selected officers 

There was a new wave of  terrorism expected in town,  the danger was lurking  and they had to stay alert  , no new development insignificant it might look should be ignored,  vigilance could  improve  with   cctv camera systems installed in more delicate areas,  they were getting  an extra grant for it because  it was indispensable for the security and control anti social elements
