 His lawyer mirza beg  opened his argument  in favour  and defence of hus client anuq that he was not a criminal, that anuq was a decent law abiding  citizen   who lead a peaceful life , it was a conspiracy against him , his eldef brither was murdered and anuq was   falsely accused  

The  prosecutor   looking at the judge  sarcastically  cut in that his friend and colleague had used  terms   decent citizen and false charges , he must explain  from  which country  has his client come and  is he a national of this country, what is the basis of  this case being false  and a conspiracy

The defendant  priceeded to explain  his client   was  deliberately brought here  , there is no witness , murder is not an easy casual  thing to do specially of your loved ones ,  there is no motive  ,  and he will prove it in the future proceedings
