the  darkness  of  ignorance  has  no  particular  shape  or  size, it  can enter  any  mind  to  prevent  it  from getting  enlightened  , hazrat  ali  was  one  such  enlightened  soul, spiritually, politically, socially  and  individually, who  showed  light  of  knowledge  to  many  blessed  followers
