-modern trend of eating habits have changed from heavy roasts to light healthy foods, easily digested, nutrients easily absorbed into the system and seasonal fibers, found mostly in vegetables and fruits, grains and homecooked foods, olive oil, spinach, oats, porridge, beans, fish, red meats, garlic all these can be added for sufficient amount of nutrients, protiens, omega -3, manganese , iron , fiber and vitamins, only the cooking style should not destroy them, roasts and deep fries destroy the nutritious value , all that one has to do is avoid roasting and frying to get full benefit from the food
