---when one  loses his  self  esteem one  also  loses  faith in god  and  trust  on others, hating  liars  , false  friendships, finding  hearts  devoid  of truth and  sincerity, getting  hurt  , wanting  to  hurt  others , saving  close  loved  ones  from  getting  hurt, loneliness  so  exhausting, frightened  lonesome  man  looking  for  someone  to  talk  to, someone  to  listen to  his  laments, someone  to  share  his  experiences, just  because  solitude  is  so  fearfully   awful, to  find  sympathy , to  find  companionship, but  then  everyone  must  learn  to  cope  up  with his  own problems, to  bear  his  own  grudges, to  tackle  his  opponents, to  find  solace  in his  own  self, lift  his  own  sorrows  with dignity, to  take  his  own decisions  , easy  way  is  to  expect  nothing  from others, hope  for  no  advantage , because  lusting  for  grabbing  something  others  enjoy  will never  make   one  happy  , it  is  not  lasting
