-a  man  was  seen  going  up  and  down  for  past  many  hours   on the  largest  and  the  biggest  and  the  fastest  giant  wheel  , several  groups  of  tourists  and  others  enjoying  the  rounds  for  fun  finished  and  left  but  this  man  had  turned  blue  , visibly  sick  and  strained  refused  stubbornly  to  get  down  on his  friends  requests, finally  he  was  asked  why  would  he  not  step  down   when  his  condition was  so  bad, he  explained  the  owner  of  the  giant  wheel  had  borrowed  four  hundred  and  was  not  returning  his  loan  for  over  a  year  and  this  was  the  only  way  he  could   reasonably   get  his  balance  cleared
