....then he too leaped towards the window  and  he  watching him  slide aside,  the window opened  outside,  he clutching the outside wall  cautiously  moved towards the kitchen  window  lest that mysterious man  was alerted by  any noise 

The rain had slowed down to constant drizzle but  not,  same      stopped altogether , same  weather  continued  cloudy dark sky during the day  before  the night quietly settled in,   it was going to rain again wholeheartedly,  it was getting darker  as the evening  unrolled  , he  looked around with his heart beating loudly  a jeep was  visible  near the farmhouse,  he was completely taken aback,  , this  meant  there was another  additional  problem,  it was a police jeep  with  its headlights turned off, four men jumped out from the vehicle,  there was one tall strong built  silhouette of a man  too who seemed from his  uniform and  physique  a police officer  only  , the other three his  assistants  for sure,  one of them was an elderly man in plain clothes  , he was holding a torch  throwing it's light now and then here and there,  the kitchen window was rather closer to the  vicinity,  it was    a little difficult to hear them from where he was  standing
