....sheikh waris  bought a prime location  piece of land at a throw away price and quickly got  a boundary wall built around it, buying the plot was merely a formality,  it was  a colony surrounded by  mountains,  the colony residents had  gifted him the  plot  , the tycoon recently had returned home from abroad and he chose Islamabad  to develop  his dreams  for his future  generations,  he had  carefully   surveyed all the  pros and cons  before  selecting the colony spot, his vision  had  included   sparsely  located villages  estates, hills and mountains,  forest lands,  ravines and open grasslands,  , people who once came  never returned  and settled down happily,  the retired and their families also found  the  place  enchanted them, , it was  not the  city of Islamabad but nevertheless   city of talisman  near Islamabad,  an office  was opened by the property dealers  in a posh sector  where electricity water gas and all other provisions were available  and  started their  business from a  poverty stricken  village  nestled amidst the natural beauty
