in delhi  people  are reverting  back  to  erthen ware  mud  pots  , terracotta  containers  of  different  sizes  and  shapes  for  storing  and  cooling  water,   drinking  water  of  such  mud  ware  tastes  better  and  is  cleaner  and  more  hygenic, each  surahi  costs  more  than it  did  last  year, selling  for  eighty  to  one  hundred  rupees  as  the  demand  is  growing
