-playing  golf  the  two  players  saw  a  funeral  approaching  in the  near by  graveyard  , one  of  the  players  stood  with his  cap  lowered  to  his  chest  as  long  as  the  dead  was   not  buried he  kept  standing  silently , the  other  friend  quite  impressed  asked  the  reason, the  first  explained  it  was  his  wife  of  forty  years  , at  least  he  should  show  some mark  of  respect    for  her  so  for  his  wife   he  stood  there  halting  his  golf  game  for  a  couple of  minutes
