--ehsan suggested  rather ighteously  they  were  first  of  all  good  citizens  of  their  country  and  secondly  they  as  youngsters  needed  some  thrill and  thus  had  made  the  trip  to  ayuba  , they  must report  to  the  police  , it  was  their  duty,the  deadly  silence  that  had  sescebded  over  all of  them  was  lifted  when they  began  to  argue  whether  or  not  to  inform the police, how  will they  reach  the  spot  where  they  had  taken shelter  in the  rain, it  was  whose  concern  and  what  mattered  was  their  own  duty  to  inform  , leave  the  rest  to  the  police  how  and  when  they  could  reach  them
