.....howard decided to quit flying,  he had had too many crashes on his list, he was one of the top twenty five  flyer  but he lost interest in hollywood  showbiz  and moved to las Vegas,  he stayed in a hotel but the manager refused to allow him to have late night music and party,  Howard bought the hotel and the the nearby restaurants and the airport and became the owner of Las Vegas to turn it into a  paradise
