...he stepped into  the office and began moving towards his room adjoining to it was his  secretary's cabin,  as he crossed the  cabin his secretary  shela in a sweet melodious  cooed a very good morning 

He  smiled and nodded his response 

She informed him someone was waiting for him called Rais sahib in his room,  the visitor was served tea and water 

Meanwhile he repeated quizzically  Rais sahib,,, perplexed  he asked her instead who was Rais sahib

Shela quickly caught the point the visitor in his room extended office hospitality  was nowhere located saved in  the boss's memory 

Shela explained Rais sahib had introduced himself as a close relative of madam
