...the room was covered  in complete darkness,  the tin roof was pelting with incessant rain , raqya instead of waking up from this noise  slept peacefully  snoring even more loudly,  Bashir ali in the adjoining room  tried to go to bed several times  but in that room  Nasir ali and kanwal  slept,  it was also very small room  it couldn't  accommodate an extra third cot inside,  today was the  last day of comfortable snoring  , his old  boat had the capacity only for two,  now four passengers were traveling  , it was impossible situation,   practically  dangerous,  logically  two of them should have canceled their trip and left , he adored his both children very much,  he was most protective and   sensitive about their safety,  he loved his wife  also,  but her life was shortening,  she was a heart patient,  Bashir couldn't  get her treatment  done,  she was therefore  totally dependent on medication,  the medicine was expensive and getting more expensive,  to cut the expenses     it was imperative to cut the costs down by removing  a few members
