-a  woman  who was  present  in the  restaurant  at  the  time  of  the  scene  gave  her  statement  to  the  investigating  officer  how  she  had  ran  outside  with  several  napkins  using  them to  block  her  bleeding  a  , waiter  also  helped  the  victim who  was  still  alive  and breathed  faintly  and whose  heart  was  throbbing  distantly  , to  give  her  first  aid  they  got  themselves  ready  wiping  the  blood  from her  face    when the  police  arrived  and  she  was  taken to  the  hospital  where  she  was  declared  brought  dead, she  was  twenty  two  stabs  from her  face  down  to  her  stomach
