-these days women are highly educated and aware of what they eat and what they cook for their families, some are consultants and others take professional advice from dietitians , some foods are eaten but their supporting nutrient is not taken with it , nature has provided the world with foods that build and restore strength and repair tissues and keep the body and health in proper shape but some foods are eaten in combinations for example milk-honey, carrots and fats, lemon and green tea, turmeric and black pepper, bananas and curds , because they balance and enhance each others value
