Hazrat Ibn Abbas had an association with rehmetullahalle rasoolallah salallahoallewassalum prophet muhammed and so believed the asker ought to be granted food, shelter and clothed , long after the traces of the rags on him remained would also be the cause of spiritual fulfilment to the one who had willingly given in charity
