once  upon  a  time, the  training  of  a  child  started  from home, his  mother"s  lap  which   was  the  first  training  center, then his  home  atmosphere  provided  him a  setting  in which  he  learnt  how  to  behave, then educational centers  and  social  circles  gave  him more  opportunities  to  learn skills  that  would  establish  him as  a  young  adult  introducing  him as  cultured ,   religous,   socially  interactive  and  educated and  highly  positioned status  in life, fetching  him praises  , making  him  truly  worthy  of  and  fit  to  be  called  decent,  fortunate  is  he  who  is  decent, misfortune  beckons stained life , such  a  cultured person would  never  intentionally  hurt  anyone, physically  or  mentally  or  ever  break  a  heart, but  now  the  times  have  changed  and  the  world  along  with has  changed
