it  was  south  indian  area  in sarangapattam , a  lonely  street  where  just  one  small boy  was  playing  alone  with his  tin sword, the  fakir  had  an impressive  overpowering  personality  , any  adult  could  alos   feel  over  awed , the  small boy  held  his  toy  sword  ready  to  fight, the  fakir  asked  him his  name--tipu  sultan  , --the  boy  said

the  fakir  asked  the  meaningfulness  of  his  name  , if  there  was  any  relevance  , but  the  boy had  no idea, the  fakir  prophecied--the  future  will  reveal  the  meaningfulness  of  his  name when he  would  become  the  baadshah
