the  raids  were  started, the  loans were  not  being  sanctioned  to  a  very influential  statesman, who had  come  to power, the  bankers  sent  him a  note,  there  were  three catagories  of  clients, the  first  got  quick  attention and  loans were  sanctioned on the  spot, the  second  was  whose  sanctions  were  delayed, the  third  was  who  never  got  loans, 

he  is  fortunate  enough  and  they  were  lucky  to  have  such  a  good  client  so  he  was  selected  from the  third  catagory  to  the  second   catagory
