inspector wajahat  was  investigating asif"s  case, the  files  were  reopened, the  previous  officer  was  killed, when wajahat  gathered  all relevant  information he  was  transferred,  the  next  officer  again was  removed, so  wajahat  knew  again it  was  his  turn  to  handle  the  case  file  when he    got  a  offer  from the  third  person interested  in the  case
