women  are   prevented  from openly  laughing  in may  cultures, its  a  taboo,  women  must  not  be  loud  and  bold, but  dignified  and  carry  themselves  with  proper   self  respect  not  inviting  unwelcomely  advances  from wrong  people,  but  smiling  can  be  the  right  attitude  , its  not  prohibited  but  encouraged, it  takes  strength  of  character  and   solid  inner  courage  to  smile  at  the  right  time
