mah muharram ki khasoosi tarakib--

cut  onions,
green chilly
green mint leaves
green leafy coriander 
with ginger and  garlic
heat  ghee in a  pan
fry   till  tender add  all the  spices to  taste  with  the  meat
cook  with  curd, roast  till the  colour  changes
add  water  to  cook


now  cook  halim  wheat  with  chana  dal after  soaked  for  three  hours  in hot  water, when fully  cooked  add  the  meat  to  it
