--pakeeza anchal is  not  merely  a  interesting  magazine  to  read  in spare  time  but  it  also  is  a  cultural  guide  to  build  a  better  society  where  people  can live  in peace  and  solidarity, where  progress  is  beneficial    for  all,  the  purpose  to  maintain  and  launch  the  magazine  some  thirty  years  ago  was  purely  clean  and healthy, to  let  the  readers  enjoy  a  comfortable  time  in their  leisurely  hour,  times  have  changed  and  inflation is  on the  increase  , cost  of  paper, printing, binding , production and  marketing  and  office  work needs  finances  and  funds  are  not  easy  to  raise  there  fore  the  publishers  have  let  the  low  cost   go  on without  shifting  the  load  on the  reader  but  now  it  is  no longer  possible  only  five  rupees  will be  increased  from may  , hoping  it  will be  welcomed  generously  for  the  life  and  health  of  the  magazine
