-the  prosecutor  asked  the  woman  why  did  she  turn  her  car   crushing   the  crowd , on the  other  side  were  just  two  men  walking  on the  pavement  she  ought  to  have  tried  to  save   more  number  of  people  by  turning  her  car the  other  way  when she  realised  the  brakes  had  failed  , the  woman  explained  she  did  turn  towards  the  pavement  with  two  men walking  there  but  they  screamed  and  ran  to   join the crowds  so  she  had  to follow  their  direction
