-sharing   the  pain  with  the  reader  community  because  the  publishers  are  helpless , ten  rupees  are  increased  from   december  with  demonetization destabilized  financial  status and  now  service  charges  added  along  with  GST  , all the  work  that  goes  into  publishing  is  paper  cost, printing, loading,  binding  and  distribution and  office  work  and  huma  is  mirror  of  the  urdu  readers  not  merely  their  passion  but  life  hoping  the  increase  will  prove  stabilizer  and  continue   to  refresh  active  minds  as  before
