-the  baby  elephant  is  raised  with  a  thin  chain  tied  to  his  leg  which  he  tries  to  break  away  from and  never  can  find  a  way  to  free  himself,, one  day  he  grows  up  and  is  still  chained  to  the  same  thin chain that  keeps  him secure  to  the pole  , he  can  now  easily  break  it   but  by  now  in his  mind  set  a a  stronger  than  the  thin chain  belief  is  set  that  he  can not  do  it,, this  thinking  keeps  him tied  up  all  of  his  life  and  working  like  a  slave
