-the  post mortem  report  declared victim  qesar  died  on the  fourteenth  of  february  at  eleven  PM, his  neck  was  broken,, next  morning  the  accused  khawar  was  arrested  at  a  police   check post  at  nine  past  ten  morning,, it  was  a  routine  check  and  when his  car  dikky  was  opened  qesar's  dead  body  was  found,, khawar  was  unaware  of  the  body  in his  car, but  he  was  not  given  a  chance  to  explain  and  nobody  believed  him  and  he  was  arrested
