Oh, its like this explained the senior helpfully, appa kher alnafisa is a senior head of town , experienced and successful she has managed many schools , very nice educationist but notoriously strict, extremly punctual who wont allow others to break her rules, she double checks every short leave application before furiously rejecting them completely , now the staff is completely scared because they are doing things in easy comfort zone maintaining slow rhythm
