badrudin is a porter at the raiway platform, he is unanimously elected union leader of the porters, he sits in his office looking after wellfare schemes instead of carrying passengers luggage, one day a heavy built man unable to breathe with pain in his stomache is rushed to hospital, timely medical aid provided to the elderly man prov es helpful, it saves his life, badrudin takes him where the sick man shows sheafs of money, piles of it, he was a very wealthy person, a rich businessman who asks badrudin about his life, badrudin is alone, single and lives on the platform, he has saved the man}s life, paid from his own pocket, and is not greedy for other man"s money
