Mehek is a newly married very young woman , her husband is quite older to her, she has a younger sister-in-law and a brother-in-law, both soon to be married, one eldest sister -in-law for almost two and half years has been staying with them, who is a lecturer, she was quite bossy by nature, she was tolerated at home by her loved near and dear ones , but after marriage she should have moulded to her new surroundings, changing her attitude, instead of trying to adjust in the new set up, she carried on with her bullying behaviour, soon she had to return, women should not be so meek or uneducated , but as long as they are not married they are independent but later as a couple they must be more considerate to the couple and the family in which they marry, of the elders respect, and of the younger ones, of the whole family as one unit, not just of her own self, how mehek who is inexperienced , and sherazi -younger brother-in-law handle the situation, how Id brings a fresh start in their lives is a beautiful short story
