worrying  does  not  empty  tomorrow  of  its  troubles,   it  empties  today  of  its  strength,   from where  does  life  begin, where  to  end,   ponders  nighar, life  is  synonymous  to  change, unexpected  changes  in life  are  surprising,   life  is  all  about  thinking  and  doing  it,   from childhood, to  youth, to  old  age  besides  these  stages  memories  and  the  past  play  very  important  roles,   making    or  marring,   shaping  the  personality  , lending  individuality  to  the  person
