Dhagha Kebab

marinate  the  minced  meat  for  kebabs  with  chopped  onions, garlic ginger  paste, garam masala powder, red  chopped  chillies,  salt to  taste, papaya  paste  one  tea  spoon, green  chillies cut, one  tablespoon besun-chickpea flour mix  and  rub  in well, , keep  aside  for  half  an hour

make rolls    tied   with  threads  round  them and  barbeque  till  golden brown

serve  with  chapatis  salads  and  chutneys
