a  first hand  narrative  of  a  practising   doctor   who  shares  his  experience  -once  he  was  accompanied  by his  compounder  as  they  drove  towards  a  home  visit  of  a  patient  , the  affluent wealthy  woman  had  rang  him up  asking him to  look  at  her  son  who  was  a  chronic patient, it  was  raining  and  the  night  was  dark, but  soon  enough  they  lost  their  way
