the  writer  is  a  professional  physician  whose  family  friends"  children  were  falling  sick one  by  one,  she  advises  if  one  follows  health  regimen religiously   it  becomes  part  of   daily  routine  easy  and  practicable  , proteins  are  a  must  but  making  the  stomach  a  burial  place  is  not  right,  tightly  accomodating  all kinds  of  meat  products  to  satiate  taste  , is  not  only  unhealthy  but  also  unwise, beans  is  one  easily  cheaply  and  seasonally  available  vegetable    of  which  wide  range  is  grown  and  found  globally  that  makes a  very  healthy  protein diet
