Vitamins--

vitamin A  is  found  in milk, butter, cheese, carrots  in  sufficient  amount  good  for  health, regular  intake  of  them  helps   maintain  the  shine  in eyes  and  skin

vitamin B  is  found  in groups  called  B  complex  twelve  in number  they  are  good    to  mantain energy  level  found  mostly  in unprocessed  and  unpolished   grains  , 

vitamin C  is  good  for  quick  healing  , found  in  citrus the  ageing  must  have  more  of  the  vitamin it  helps  the  affected  joint  pains  and  gives  relief

vitamin D  is  sunshine  vitamin that  cements  calcium and  adds  strength to  bones

vitamin E   is  also  equally  important  vitamin  found  in soy,  corn, wheat, olives  , this  plays   to  add  life  to  life  quality
