once  upon  a time  the  building  must  have  been huge  and   undivided, but  with  time  a  partition was  erected  in the  middle  to  separate  the  space  , one  portion was  used  as  the  dispensary  the  other  as  the  waiting  room,  against  one  wall  for  male  patients, the  other  side  reserved  for  females  but  usually  women  patients   came  in less number  so  anyone  could   find  a  suitable  place  on the  benches  arranged  for  himself
