a  native  of  havana    has  constructed  a  twelve  foot  high  bi cycle  , too  difficult  to  climb, too  difficult  to   get  down, and    equally  difficult  to  paddle  it  through  the town,  for  many  years  the  fifty  year  old  has  used  cycles  , this is  his  own  original  concept
