--the  three  women  were  not  allowed  to  spend  the  night  with  the  little  faria  in the  rooms, they  lit  a  fire  and  spent  the  night  outside  huddled  together  staying  close  to  keep faria  warm  under  the  stark  harsh  winter  night  sky,  in the  morning  the  two  went  to  work  and  ina  cuddled  the  child  and  began  roaming  around  the  streets,   she  paid  all  she  had  earned  to  keep  the  child  in a  room, she  was  hungry  starving  and  with  nothing  better  to  do she  stood  by  a  lamp post , a  coachman  approached  her  asking  to  meet  his  wealthy  owner  interested  in having  a  nice  companion, she  refused  and  mixed  in the  bustling  noisy  crowds  to  the  utter  annoyance  of  the  coach  driver  ,
